View   Census issues commodity-specific Correction - Exports to Egypt
The U.S. Census Bureau Foreign Trade Statistics division issues commodity-specific corrections in response to investigations initiated by the community of data-users. Census recently released an unpublished data correction which replaces some erroneously reported exports of soybeans to Egypt (HS 1201.90.0095). The data correction was implemented in GATS on April 15 and details of the change may be found under the Reference Info tab > Revisions/Notices > Data Revisions. View   Census issues commodity-specific Correction - Exports to China
The U.S. Census Bureau Foreign Trade Statistics division issues commodity-specific corrections in response to investigations initiated by the community of data-users. Census recently released an unpublished data correction which replaces some erroneously reported exports of wheat (HS 1001.99.2055) and wheat planting seeds (HS 1001.91.0000) to China for November 2024 with exports of soybeans (HS 1201.90.0095) and sorghum (HS 1007.90.0000), respectively. The data correction was implemented in GATS on March 6 and details of the change may be found under the Reference Info tab > Revisions/Notices > Data Revisions. Further information about Census’s statistical data corrections and process can be found here: https://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/statistics/corrections/index.html. Note that Census will not publish the change in the USA Trade Online database until the release of the 13th month data corrections in June 2025.
