ESRQS Launch — Open Access on March 26, 2026
USDA-FAS is pleased to announce the launch of the Export Sales Reporting and Query (ESRQS) on March 26, 2026.
Access & Availability
- The current ESR Query System https://apps.fas.usda.gov/esrquery/ will be available for approximately one week after the launch of ESRQS.
- No registration or login is required in ESRQS to access reports, the query portal, and the API.
- The URL for ESRQS will be made available the morning of March 26, 2026.

End of Marketing Year PI Tables: At the end of each Marketing Year for the commodities listed in the PI Table, two PI Tables will be released. One containing the FINAL Marketing Year totals, while the second PI Table will contain totals for the first week of the NEW Marketing Year. This is particularly relevant when the Marketing Year ends in the middle of the Export Sales Reporting Week (Fri-Thu). When this occurs, the reporting week will be split with part being included in the FINAL Marketing Year ending PI Table and part being included in the second table representing the NEW Marketing Year. However, when the end of the Marketing Year coincides with the end of the reporting week (as is the case for wheat whose marketing year for 2006/07 ends on Thursday May 31st which coincides with the end of the reporting week), data for the NEW Marketing Year will not yet be available when the two PI tables are released and thus will not be represented on the second table.
