USDA Amends GSM-102 Credit Guarantees for Export Sales to China/Hong Kong Region

WASHINGTON, July 23, 2012 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture today amends the geographic area of the China/Hong Kong Region to include Macau for sales of U.S. agricultural commodities under the Commodity Credit Corporation's Export Credit Guarantee Program (GSM-102) for fiscal year 2012.

Geographical Area: China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mongolia

This program announcement is issued in accordance with Title 7, Section 1493.10(d), of the Code of Federal Regulations.


All other terms and conditions previously announced remain the same. The previous Foreign Agricultural Service announcement pertinent to this allocation is PR 0063-12.
