WASHINGTON, March 20, 2001–The U.S. Department of Agriculture has amended the list of commodities eligible for coverage under the Commodity Credit Corporation Export Credit Guarantee Program (GSM-102) and Supplier Credit Guarantee Program (SCGP). The list is being amended to include slaughter cattle.
This list of eligible of commodities will apply to all individual country and regional announcements unless otherwise stated in the announcements, and may be amended again as additional commodities become available. This announcement supersedes and replaces announcement PR 0002-01 issued January 10, 2001.
This program announcement is being issued in accordance with 7 C.F.R. 1493.10(c) and 7 C.F.R.1493.400(c).
Although the Commodity Credit Corporation will provide coverage for products contained in this list, exporters should assure themselves that no trade barriers exist that would prohibit the entry of the commodity.
STANDARD PRODUCTS FOR GSM-102 AND SCGP
In accordance with the definition of "U.S. Agricultural Commodity" appearing in 7 C.F.R. 1493.20(z)(1) and 7 C.F.R. 1493.410(x)(1), the following agricultural commodities must be entirely produced in the United States:

In accordance with the definition of "U.S. Agricultural Commodity" appearing in 7 C.F.R. 1493.20(z)(2)(i)(ii) and 7 C.F.R. 1493.410(x)(2)(i)(ii), the following agricultural products have been determined to be high-value agricultural products, and 90 percent or more of the agricultural components by weight, excluding packaging and added water, must be entirely produced in the United States:
