STANDARD PRODUCTS FOR GSM-102 AND SCGP

In accordance with the definition of "U.S. Agricultural Commodity" appearing in 7 C.F.R. 1493.20(z)(1) and 7 C.F.R. 1493.410(x)(1), the following agricultural commodities must be entirely produced in the United States:

Animal feed products (protein supplements of animal or vegetable origin, compound feed, animal milk replacer, and calf starter pre-mix)

Animal genetics (embryos and semen)
Antlers (elk, farm raised)
Aquaculture feed (shrimp and fish)
Barley malt; barley malt extract
Breeder livestock (cattle, including dairy and beef; swine; sheep; goats; horses; and donkeys)
Breeder stock, poultry (baby chicks, turkey poults, and hatching eggs)
Brine shrimp eggs (farm raised)
Cattle (feeder)
Corn products (corn flour, corn grits, corn flakes, corn starch, corn meal, and corn gluten feed)
Cotton
Dairy products (butter, butter oil, ghee, anhydrous milk fat, nonfat and whole milk powder, whey powder, whey protein concentrate, lactose, nonsweetened condensed milk, fluid milk, and cheese, including cheddar, Gouda, mozzarella, cream, feta, muenster, Monterey Jack, blue, provolone, Swiss, cottage, and processed American cheeses)
Dog and cat food (commercially prepared)
Eggs (table) and egg products (dried, fresh, chilled, or frozen -- egg yolks, egg albumen, and whole eggs not-in-shell
Feed grains (barley, including malting barley; white corn; yellow corn; sorghum; and oats)
Fish and shellfish (fresh, chilled, frozen, canned, salted/dried -- includes all species)

HIGH-VALUE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS FOR GSM-102 AND SCGP

In accordance with the definition of "U.S. Agricultural Commodity" appearing in 7 C.F.R. 1493.20(z)(2)(i)(ii) and 7 C.F.R. 1493.410(x)(2)(i)(ii), the following agricultural products have been determined to be high-value agricultural products, and 90 percent or more of the agricultural components by weight, excluding packaging and added water, must be entirely produced in the United States:

Beer

Beverages, distilled (rum, vodka, and whiskey)
Breakfast cereals, hot or cold
100% Cotton fabrics (woven and knit unbleached/bleached/dyed and/or printed)
100% Cotton yarn
Fruit, canned (apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries, grapefruit, oranges, peaches, pears, prunes, raspberries, strawberries, and mixtures thereof)
Fruit, frozen (apples, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, plums, raspberries, and strawberries)
Honey products (comprised primarily of honey and packaged in accordance with commonly accepted trade practice, including jars and tubes)
Ice cream
Leather (including wet blues; guidelines: leather is a hide that has been tanned and processed)
Meat products, processed (special terms and conditions: processed meat products may include, but are not limited to, bacon, deli/sandwich cuts, frankfurters, salami, and sausage. Products for which coverage is intended may be derived from beef, pork, poultry, sheep, and offals, or mixtures thereof. In addition to the products specified, this coverage is also intended for sales of similar meat products which are processed and/or preserved beyond such as simply cutting/slicing/grinding, rolling, or skewering; examples of processing include, but are not limited to, canning, cooking, curing, brining/salting, pickling, and smoking)
Mixes and dough for breads or pizza, whether powdered, refrigerated, or frozen
Peanut butter
Pickles, condiments, and sauces (including pickled cucumbers and other pickled vegetables, relish, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, sandwich spreads, hot sauces, salsa, barbecue sauces, and pasta sauce)
Prepared foods, frozen (including dinners, entrees, and side dishes)
Prepared foods, shelf stable (such as canned pasta or chili, dry pasta and noodles, combinations of pre-measured ingredients such as macaroni with a packet of cheese sauce)
Snack foods (including bagel chips, bread sticks, corn chips, snack crackers, cracker sandwiches, packaged sets of cheese and crackers or cheese, lunchmeat and crackers, fruit snacks/chips, meat snacks, microwaveable or ready-to-eat popcorn, multi-grain chips, onion rings, pork rinds, potato chips, potato sticks, pretzels, rice cakes, snack nuts, and trail mix -- all packaged for sale to the final consumer)
